Atheist Billboard In Rancho Cucamonga, CA Inspired By John Lennon's Song "Imagine"

Per KCAL 9 news on November 19, a huge billboard reading "Imagine No Religion" (a modified version of a couple of lines from John Lennon's famous, or should I say infamous, song called Imagine), is irritating a lot of folks in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Atheists from Freedom From Religion Foundation are having a field day, having recently also plastered anti-God posters on buses in Washington, D.C., and in London, England in order to convert naive victims to their religion (which is no religion at all really), called Atheism. *See My Related Posts.

I have thought for some time now that John Lennon's song Imagine, widely known, and considered to be very spiritual by so many, is actually just the opposite. It is a song that inspires atheistic thought, and this billboard proves my point. Here are the words to the first two verses:
Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today...
Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the peopleLiving life in peace...

Particularly interesting was the comment made on the KCAL 9 story that there are roughly 13,000 atheists (obviously those that are affiliated atheists), in the entire United States of America! Why do these people, although so small in number, seem to have so much power?

I did a quick search on KCAL 9's site, but was unable to find their version of the story. Here are alternative links to the same story:
