This post is dedicated to Atheist Jeremy, who tried to leave 2 negative comments on one of my Dan Barker posts this morning (Christian Minister Dan Barker Became Atheist Due To Reading Secular Books).
Jeremy, I screen comments because I value my CONSERVATIVE WORDSMITH.COM website. I think it is important to publish comments that are reasonable, even if they are not in agreement with what I have written. However, some people have hidden agendas whose sole purpose is to try to convert believers into nonbelievers, i.e., atheists.
Anyone who tries to post a comment on my site with the intent of taking believers away from the Lord will not see their comment published on CONSERVATIVE WORDSMITH.COM.
Also, comments that are hostile, with malicious intent, will equally not be published.
Jeremy, you stated in one of your comments that the Bible should be read from cover to cover, although you didn't mean that from a Christian perspective. I would like to pose a question to you, and that is this: Have you ever read the Bible from cover to cover? If not, I would suggest that you stop believing and hanging on every word Dan Barker and Annie say, and instead use your own mind to discern the truth about the Bible and about God.
Jeremy, if you wish to write a comment that does not bash Christians, the Bible, or Christianity, but rather simply express your thoughts about atheism, and why you are an atheist, then I will consider the publication of such a comment, although there are still no guarantees. That is one of the advantages of having one's own site, and I intend to use that option in order to keep my site free from extreme negativity of the wrong kind.
