Republican Debate: 11 Right Candidates

Eleven right and hopeful candidates get ready for the second Republican presidential debate scheduled to take place at the conservative Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California. The reason why I think all the Republican candidates are, in a certain sense of the word, right is because none of the candidates are Democrats. In my mind, a Republican is sure to win in the 2016 United States presidential election. Many Americans are hoping for a U.S. President who swings the Barack Obama Administration's leftist politics back to the right.

I am personally acquainted with Simi Valley. Hosting the second Republican presidential debate in the predominantly conservative town of Simi Valley makes perfect sense to me. Frankly, I wish I could attend the debate in person, but according to an article posted on the Ronald Reagan Library website, "Due to the limited size of the seating area, tickets are not available to the general public and cannot be purchased."

Here is the official Republican presidential candidate debate lineup on September 16, 2015:

Jeb Bush, Ben Carson, Chris Christie, Ted Cruz, Carly Fiorina, John Kasich, Lindsey Graham,  Mike Huckabee, Bobby Jindal,  George Pataki,  Rand Paul,  Rick Perry,  Marco Rubio,  Rick Santorum,  Donald Trump, and Scott Walker. The second Republican debate will air on CNN at 8 p.m Eastern and 5 p.m. Pacific time. The debate is scheduled to end at 11 p.m. Eastern and 8 p.m. Pacific time.

Four other Republican candidates who did not qualify for the official time slot will hash it out two hours before the scheduled debate. The earlier, non-official debate will air at 6 p.m. Eastern and 3 p.m. Pacific time.

Romney Wins Debate with Style, Grace and Wit

The outcome of the first 2012 Presidential Debate met with similar reactions from numerous liberals and conservatives. Did I say liberals? You bet! Liberal Michael Moore stated that Obama's performance was lack-luster. In fact, progressive liberal Michael Moore literally exploded on Twitter last night when he admitted that Obama clearly lost the debate to Romney. Moore posted approximately 30 Tweets on Twitter, including the following remarks:

“Obama please be Obama! You sound like a Democrat (wimpy)." 1
“Romney looks like he's been lit different - brighter, sharper. You can see the difference by comparing their shirts." 2

Other commentators, including liberal Democrats and conservative Republicans, were quick to make positive comments about Mitt Romney's strength during the first 2012 Presidential Debate that aired on numerous televisions stations nationwide on Wednesday night. Various major news reports indicate that Mitt Romney won the debate in a grand style, convincing at least two thirds of American voters that he is the man who can get the economy rolling in positive territory.

Anyone who watched the debate knows that Mitt Romney appeared as a positive and knowledgeable candidate with a passion to restore jobs back to the many unemployed American workers. The other truth is that Obama appeared weak, confused, nervous and robotic. Mitt Romney displayed warmth, humor, wit and confidence, whereas Obama may as well have been a clone or an automaton. Romney even managed to squeeze in a humorous comment about Big Bird. Romney stated that he loves Big Bird, one of the animated stars of Sesame Street, but added that he does not intend to dole out money to support these types of PBS shows.

The first 2012 Presidential Debate is a clear indicator that Americans are fed up with four monotonous and unproductive years of Obama's mockery of leadership skills, Obamacare (Obama's Healthcare Bill) and all of  Obama's other socialist agendas for America. Mitt Romney has an excellent chance of winning the 2012 Presidential Election. If so, this means that Americans will once again have the freedom to choose their own insurance companies, or even decide they do not want to pay for insurance coverage. Americans will have opportunities to turn their hopes for employment into tangible jobs that pay them real wages. Mitt Romney won the first 2012 Presidential debate with style and grace as he managed to conquer the dull and witless tactics displayed by Obama.

Nancy Pelosi is "Just Wrong" about her Values

Nancy Pelosi inspired Democrats attending the Democratic Convention on Wednesday, September 5, with the following mantra: "It's just plain wrong." This is the type of chant that Democrats love to repeat. Pelosi erroneously stated that Republicans are against the reproductive health of women! She used these words instead of the abortion word. I have this to say to House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi: "Ms. Pelosi, with all due respect, you are just plain wrong!" Many Republicans are against abortion, but abortion and reproductive health are two different and unrelated issues. Is it healthy to get an abortion? Are Republicans against women having healthy reproductive systems? This is either another false conspiracy theory or it is a deliberately misleading statement.

The Views Expressed by Liberal Democrats are "just plain wrong"

Liberal democrats believe that all of the ideals and values Republicans represent are "just plain wrong." Actually, what is "just plain wrong" is the prominent views of the Democratic party. Democrats simply do not understand the truth about many important issues. For instance, Tuesday's Democratic National Convention witnessed Democratic leaders boasting about the values and top political agendas favored by Democrats: abortion and gay marriage.

President Barack Obama is the First U.S. President to Publicly Support Gay Marriage

In fact, a point was made by one of the speakers at the Democratic Convention on Tuesday that Barack Obama is the first President of the United States of America to officially stand up for gay marriage. Yes, this is what Democrats offer to Americans: Let every woman have the right to get an abortion, and allow every gay man and woman to get married.

Agendas Professed by Democratic Leaders are not the Main Issues Facing Many Americans

These are evidently two of the most important issues represented by Democratic leaders at the 2012 Democratic National Convention. I'm sorry to inform Nancy Pelosi and those Democrats who agree with her unjustifiable diatribe that she, along with her fellow Democratic leaders, are all "just plain wrong" about Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan's plans to save America from economic disaster. Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan understand the issues that are important to the majority of American voters, and these two Republican candidates offer Americans real hope for their futures.

Pelosi Substitutes Reproductive Health for Abortion

Nancy Pelosi, the House Minority Leader, had the audacity to say that Republicans fight against the reproductive health of women. Nancy Pelosi expressed this sentiment at the Democratic National Convention on Wednesday. It is obvious that she was referring to abortion, but she did not have enough chutzpah to say the politically incorrect abortion word. Instead, Pelosi would have Americans believe the lie that Republicans want to damage the reproductive health of women.

Nancy Pelosi Must Get her Information from an Unknown Planet

I would like to ask Nancy Pelosi where she gets her information. It is news to me that women are protecting their reproductive organs when they have abortions. This is just one more lie stemming from the lips of Democrats at the 2012 Democratic National Convention. Truthfully, it is difficult to stomach the words that emanate from the mouths of some Democratic leaders.

Four More Years of Barack Obama's "Leadership" Means Four More Years of Unemployment for Many Americans

This is the bottom line: A vote for Barack Obama to reside in the Oval Office for "four more years" (another favorite Democratic mantra) is a vote in favor of abortion, gay marriage and unemployement. Serious American voters need to forget about Barack Obama sitting in the Oval Office for another four years. Americans need Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan in the White House. Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan are more than capable of steering America in the right direction.

Mitt Romney To Reveal Jobs Plan Containing 59 Ideas

Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney, who is also the former Governor of Massachusetts, has 59 definite ideas he wants to introduce to get the American economy rolling again, and Mitt Romney plans carrying out 10 of these proposals in a concrete way as soon as he is elected. Mitt Romney believes that entrepreneurs and investors, rather than the United States government, need to create more jobs to stimulate the economy.

In reference to President Barack Obama's views on the betterment of the economic crisis in America, Mitt Romney said the following: "The contrast between what the Obama administration has done and what I would do as president could not be starker."

Mitt Romney plans to reveal his entire jobs plan to help the United States economy on Tuesday, September 5, 2011, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Economy Is Not Your Master

The economy is not the master of your life. Although money problems are plentiful in today's economic crisis around the globe, it is important to remember that every person has certain gifts and skills that can lead to a profitable income. Self-employment is an option that many unemployed persons never think about, but self-employment is a valid option, and many individuals work out of their own homes. In fact, the writer and publisher of this website works out of her own home, etching out a humble living as an independent writer on a secondhand laptop computer.

The conservative way of looking at life includes all facets of life, whether those aspects concern family values, religion, philosophy, health or money. Conservative principles, upon which the Republican party is based, concern self-reliance and independence. Liberals like to brag about their nonconformist attitudes towards society, but it is actually conservatives who are the true nonconformists. The economy, no matter how bleak, eventually recovers, and, in the meantime, begin to explore other avenues and prospects that offer you an entirely new outlook on your life. A new avenue often leads to a new career.

Romney Still Wins Hearts of NH Voters in NH GOP Primary

Mitt Romney is the top Republican presidential contender in the New Hampshire primary. Recent survey results conducted by New Hampshire Magellan Data and Mapping Strategies on Tuesday, August 15th, and Wednesday, August 16th, indicate that Mitt Romney is even a good deal ahead of Rick Perry.

According to the Magellan survey, Mitt Romney received favorable opinions equaling 66 percent, Paul Ryan received favorable opinions of 51 percent and Ron Paul  only received favorable opinions equaling 39 percent.

The voters were asked who they would vote for if the 2012 Republican Presidential primary election were to take place now,  and Mitt Romney received 36 percent of the potential votes, in comparison to Rick Perry's 18 percent. All of the other Republican presidential hopefuls received even less potential votes, with Ron Paul maxing out at 14 percent and Michele Bachmann at only 10 percent.

The New Hampshire voters were also asked if they were familiar with the results of the Ames Straw Poll in Iowa this past weekend, and 86 percent indicated that they were familiar with the poll. Then they were asked what kind of impact the Ames Straw Poll had on their vote for a particular Republican presidential candidate, and only four percent of the New Hampshire folks answered, "a lot."

Perhaps many Republican voters are going to learn their lessons about Mormon bias in the 2008 presidential election. Even though there were top Republican conservative Christians that endorsed Mitt Romney in the 2008 election, the general bias against Mormons, or Latter-Day Saints, on the part of many Christian voters was largely responsible for the fact that former Governor of Massachusetts Mitt Romney, a Latter-Day Saint, never had a chance to actually run against Barack Obama.

It needs mentioning, though, that several GOP members are hoping for Paul Ryan's entrance into the presidential race, but Paul Ryan has not yet announced whether he intends to run for U.S. President in the 2012 election. Paul Ryan's decision, if it is a yes, is bound to create an interesting twist to the 2012 presidential election plot, at least as far as Republicans are concerned.

Is Paul Ryan the Next Mr. President in 2012?

The 2012 Republican presidential primary race draws closer, and the
question as to whether Paul Ryan is the Republican presidential
candidate headed for the White House arises. Is Paul Ryan the new Ronald
Reagan? Is Paul Ryan the Republican who can save America's economic
crisis with his innovative Ryanomics that apply to today's economic
budget woes?

There are those in the GOP who want the
economic genius, Wisconsin Republican congressman Paul Ryan, to run for
president, including Indiana governor Mitch Daniels, who stated during a
telephone interview Wednesday
morning, "If there were a Paul Ryan fan club, I'd be a national
officer." Jeb Bush, the 43rd governor of Florida, and the younger
brother of former U.S. President George W. Bush, also believes in Paul
Ryan's abilities. Jeb Bush stated that, "Paul Ryan would be a formidable candidate."

Republicans need to make sure the right person is in the race if America
is to receive relief from President Barack Obama's highly questionable
leadership skills. Paul Ryan has not made any official announcements to
date that he intends to run for president in 2012, but Wisconsin
Republican congressman Paul Ryan seems to have the vision and clarity
that might qualify him as a person who is capable of solving the current
economic crisis in America.

Conservative Thinkers Value Financial Independence

Individuals all over the globe are experiencing financial difficulties because of poor economic conditions. Many people are unemployed, and they are no longer receiving unemployment insurance checks.

Nevertheless, there are simple solutions to financial problems.

  • Try something new.
  • Learn a new skill, or brush up on an old skill.
  • Take come college classes.
  • Apply for a different type of job.
  • Consider a job that pays lower wages, but offers on-the-job training.
It is easy to feel depressed about financial problems, but people who are willing to work hard eventually do succeed in earning money once again. Never give up trying to achieve your goals.

The conservative viewpoint about money centers around the interesting concept that people are in charge of their own finances. Conservative Republicans think they are responsible for their own lives, including earning money. This basic philosopy inspires people to reach seemingly impossible goals.

People who decide to take charge of their lives are more likely to succeed, not only in the area of economics, but in all areas of life. On the other hand, liberal Democrats believe that the government needs to take care of its citizens, and encourages them to aim for social security benefits instead of fiancial independence.

Donald Trump Vs Barack Obama in 2012 Election Showdown?

I recently read British journalist Hadley Freeman's article published on the British website, guardian.co.uk (Donald Trump: the Republican's only hope). In this article, the journalist refers to both Fox News and Donald Trump as being "monsters" who are akin to Mary Shelley's monster (I prefer the word "creature").

The author discusses the potential of Donald Trump (whom she refers to as being a "birther") as a 2012 US Republican presidential candidate pitted against the current United States President, Democrat Barack Obama. In Mary Shelley's classic novel Frankenstein, this monster or creature is created by the insane scientist Victor Frankenstein. Hadley Freeman refers to Fox as being similar to Victor Frankenstein in its creation of the monster Donald Trump.

I joined the guardian.co.uk website and made a comment. Please click this link to read the very liberal viewpoints found in Hadley Freeman's article and the comment by "moi", USAWordsmith.

Personally, I would love to hear American billionaire Donald Trump tell President Barack Obama his famous words from the hit television show, The Apprentice: "YOU'RE FIRED!"

New Year 2011: Why Is The New Year Important?

You might ask the question: Why is the New Year important? Is the economy an important factor? Is the political climate a important factor? Yes, these are significant in and of themselves, but the main reason why the New Year is important is because it represents a chance to start life, our personal lives, all over again, and the opportunity to point our lives in new and better directions. This is the reason why people make New Year resolutions. People make New Year resolutions because they hope to change their recognized bad habits or qualities for the better. People look forward to the New Year with newly renewed faith in God and in themselves, because they know that the old year is ending, and something new, good, fantastic and exciting might be in store for them.

I would like to take a few moments to offer my readers and online friends my sincere wishes for a healthy, happy, safe and prosperous New Year in 2011. People from different countries all over the world, including, of course, the great United States of America, view various articles on my website, and I appreciate the diversity of people, from all different walks of life, who visit my official website. Whether you are a conservative or a liberal, a Republican or a Democrat, an Independent or a Libertarian, I wish all of you great joy and success in 2011. May God bestow His blessings upon every person who reads these words.

In New Year 2011, let us all experience optimism, instead of pessimism, in 2011. Let us all learn to be more optimistic, rather than pessimistic, about the circumstances in our lives, no matter how depressing or upsetting they might be. Let us all learn to rise above the daily, mundane experiences we all have to deal with, and remember that mediocrity is not the most important thing going on in our lives. Above all, let us all bear in mind that life itself is precious and highly significant, and that we should always strive to develop the gifts God gave to us at birth. The potential for true greatness dwells within each and every one of us, and it is my hope that in the New Year of 2011, my readers, as well as myself, will attain to the greatness, in the spiritual sense, that we all deserve.

GOP Pledge: People Grant Government Power

You can read the entire Republican (GOP) Pledge to America at http://pledge.gop.gov/. The pledge reminds Americans about the truths contained in the Declaration of Independence; the basic concept that the country of America is not just a country, but an idea. This idea focuses on the belief that people who are free have the ability to be self-governed, that self-governed people grant the government the right to have power, and that every person has been given the gifts of the right to live, the right to experience freedom and the right to pursue happiness.

The GOP Pledge to America, which is a great read, goes on to say that the Republican party pledges to respect and value family life and traditional marriage, and to be good and truthful stewards to the American people. You can read the entire pledge, and also watch the Pledge to America Preamble, a You Tube video of A Pledge to America, here:
http://pledge.gop.gov/

I highly recommend that every conservative man and woman read the GOP Pledge to America. The GOP pledge is an excellent summary of what it is that Republicans believe, and wish to proclaim, to America and to the entire world.

INDEPENDENTS SHIFTING RIGHT TO FAVOR REPUBLICANS IN NOVEMBER

According to a new Pew Research Center survey, Independent voters are highly likely to switch gears and vote for Republicans in the November election. This could be the key factor in Republicans gaining control of the House and Senate again. Democrats have a lot to be worried about right now.

Obama has been steadily losing popularity. The Rasmussen Daily Presidential Polls have repeatedly indicated this fact. Obama's plan to bring his variety of "change" to America is not what the vast majority of Americans want or need. Will a Republican be in the White House again in 2012? Only time will tell, but chances are looking very good at the moment.

Abraham Lincoln's Republican Tenets Are Still True Today

Do the Republican tenets held by President Abraham Lincoln still stand true today? Republicans have always taken a stand against racism, slavery, high taxes, and abusive governmental power. Republicans have always fought for the rights of the individual. The Republican Party or GOP today is still in harmony with Abraham Lincoln's basic Republican principles. Abe Lincoln was a Republican, not a Democrat. Abe Lincoln was a political conservative, not a leftist liberal.

It is important to remember the fact that Abe Lincoln was a Republican, because people need to know, and fully understand, that it is not Democrats but Republicans, as representatives of the Republican Party, who have always been the people in government who especially opposed and abhorred liberal thought regarding the acceptance of slavery, the raising of personal income taxes, and the idea of government taking care of people instead of people governing themselves and their own lives. Yes, President Abraham Lincoln's Republican tenets really are still true today.

Republicans To Obama: Cap The Well, Not the American People

President Barack Obama's BP Oil Spill Speech failed to win over many Twitter and Facebook users. Obama's BP Oil Spill Speech has also failed to win over Republicans/GOP/conservatives.
Nobody's going to be satisfied with anything until the well's capped," Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour, a Republican, said on Fox News.

Instead of capping the well," he argued, "the President talked about putting a new cap-and-trade tax on the American people that's going to run up the cost of energy. 1

By Michael Sheridan

DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITER

Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour isn't the only Republican talking about capping the well instead of capping the American people. Sarah Palin, during a June 15 O'Reilly Factor interview on FOX News with Bill O'Reilly, stated:
Well, we haven't had the assurance that president — we haven't had the assurance by the president that that has been his top priority. Instead, what his top priority is, Bill, is cap and tax. It is using this crisis, not letting it go to waste, but to use this crisis to increase the cost of energy.
Ex-governor of Alaska Sarah Palin, a leader who is very knowledgeable about oil problems, also told Bill O'Reilly what she did about oil when she was the governor of Alaska:
Now, as governor of Alaska, what I did in dealing with the oil companies, and I'll bet you, 75 percent of my time was being taken up by energy issues here in this state. I had to set up our Petroleum Systems Integrity Office so that we could be there on the front lines making sure what the oil companies were telling us was legit, when they were dealing with their corroded pipes that we found out and other lax maintenance issues.

Rasmussen Poll Indicates Obama's Presidential Performance Is -20

Tuesday, May 25 -- Rasmussen Reports Daily Presidential Tracking Poll:

American voters voted on how Barack Obama is performing in his role as U.S. President? Here are the results:

Strongly Approve: 24%
Strongly Disapprove: 44%
Presidential Approval Index rating: -20%
Overall, 42% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president's performance. That is the lowest level of approval yet measured for this president. Fifty-six percent (56%) now disapprove of his performance. 1
1 Daily Presidential Tracking Poll
Tuesday, May 25, 2010

Author's Commentary: Obama's popularity has been going down in the Rasmussen Reports Daily Presidential Tracking Polls for quite awhile now. It would seem that there are plenty of voters in America who simply can no longer stomach Obama's liberal agenda to bring America into alignment with the European Union , the United Nations, and socialism.

At least President George W. Bush had the courage to stand against the opinions of the mighty United Nations. Bush did not allow the UN to rule over America, and that is how it should be.

Obama Presses Senate To Pass Financial Reform

Obama is urging the United States Senate to pass the Financial Reform Bill quickly. "In his weekly address Saturday, he characterized the bill as representing 'the strongest consumer financial protections in history.' Mr. Obama says the legislation will stop predatory business practices and make sure both large and small banks are subject to tough oversight." {1}

On the other hand, Republican Congressman Chris Lee "urged Mr. Obama to, in Lee's words, 'really listen' to what Americans are saying about the economy."

{1} Obama Urges US Senate To Pass Financial Reform

Is President Obama, possibly the most liberal U.S. President in the History of America, really listening to what Americans are saying about the economy? Is Obama really listening to what Americans are saying about anything going on in America? Does Obama even have a clue about what Americans think? Most importantly, does Obama care about America and Americans, or does Obama simply intend to accomplish everything he can to insure that America will be a socialist country before his presidential term is over.

Obama Checked "Afro-American" On Census; Neglected To Mention "Irish"

Obama identified himself as being Afro-American on his 2010 Census form. President Barack Obama checked the "black or Afro-American" box on the 2010 Census form. Obama could have checked the "white" box or "some other race" box. Or Barack Obama could have checked both the "white" and  "black or Afro-American" boxes, due to the fact that his father was black and his mother white.

The question is: Why did Barack Obama identify himself as being exclusively "black or Afro-American" on the 2010 Census? Technically, Barack Obama is "biracial," meaning two races, and not exclusively one race. There were 784,764 biracial American residents who checked both the "white" and "black or Afro-American" boxes on the 2010 census form. "This is only the second census to allow people to identify themselves by more than one race. About 7 million people, or 2.4 percent of the U.S. population, chose that option in 2000." 1

Obama obviously wants future historians to describe him in history books as having been the first "black or Afro-American" U.S. President. But this is a half-truth. How is President Barack Obama's decision to not declare himself as being "biracial" fair to a possible future "black or Afro-American" U.S. President who might not happen to be biracial?

This hypothetical future Afro-American U.S. President would go down in history books as having been the second Afro-American U.S. President, instead of the first Afro-American U.S. President. To complicate this matter even further, what if this hypothetical future Afro-American U.S. President turns out to be a conservative Republican instead of a liberal Democrat?

To make things less complicated, Barack Obama could have just declared himself as being "Irish" on his 2010 Census form. *See My Related Post below.
